Terms & Conditions

1) Scope of Services

We provide community-led marketing for local service businesses, including (as applicable): weekly content posting in curated Facebook groups, creative/copy support, a branded lead form, and monthly summaries. Exact inclusions are described on our site or your order confirmation.

2) Fees & Billing

• Core Plan currently £295/month (plus any agreed setup fees or add-ons).
• Month-to-month subscription, billed in advance. Prices may change with notice.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

3) Exclusivity

We serve one client per service area. We determine reasonable area boundaries at onboarding and may adjust by mutual agreement.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business info, approved service areas, and timely responses to enquiries.
• Share brand assets and permission for us to post on your behalf (Page access/invites as needed).
• Supply photos/updates where requested to maintain quality and relevance.

5) Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials and your brand assets.
• We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables we create for you (posts, graphics, copy) for your business during and after the subscription, unless otherwise agreed.
• You warrant you have rights to any materials you supply and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

6) Leads, Reporting & Access

• Leads captured via your form are forwarded to the contact details you provide. Delivery depends on third-party providers (email, messaging, hosting).
• We do not guarantee any specific volume of leads, revenue, or results.
• We may provide usage or performance summaries for your reference.

7) Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

• No spam, misleading claims, or misuse of groups. We post manually and aim to respect each community’s rules.
• We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or likely to damage reputation or relationships with group admins.

8) Term, Pause & Cancellation

• Term is monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may pause service if invoices are overdue, access is withdrawn, or required inputs are missing.
• We may terminate with notice for breach, illegality, or inability to safely deliver services.

9) Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Community platforms and third-party tools may change without notice.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from (a) your materials or instructions; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of laws or third-party rights.

12) Privacy & Data Protection

• We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for lawfully collecting and using customer data obtained via forms or messages, including responding to data subject requests.

13) Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., outages, platform changes, strikes, acts of God), provided reasonable steps are taken to mitigate.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on our website or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

15) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
